As an NDIS worker you are offering support to your client Sam, he has been a participant of the service for a few years now. You call him to arrange an in-person visit. When he answers the phone, you hear that his demeanour has change he seems irritable and asks you what’s the point, it is never going to get any better than this.
How do you offer support?
Designed as an early-intervention course, equipping participants with mental health literacy and practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem, or experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or crisis.
