Mental Health Training (MH Training) is the brainchild of founder Pauline Neil, a dedicated professional with a passion for promoting mental health and wellbeing. With a wealth of experience as a Principal Master Instructor of Mental Health First Aid, Pauline's commitment to mental health promotion and suicide prevention has earned her national and state recognition.
She is also a Co-Founder of Live4Life, an award-winning initiative addressing mental health education and youth suicide prevention in rural and regional communities.
At MH Training, our mission is clear: to provide tailored mental health courses that empower workplaces, groups, and communities. With a range of professional Standard, Blended, and Made to Measure courses, we equip organisations and individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to foster better mental health outcomes.
Our focus is on customising mental health training to meet the unique needs of workplaces and communities, helping them build a foundation of understanding and support, including workshops to assist employers and staff to understand what psychosocial hazards are and ways to address them with the aim of creating healthier and more productive workplaces.
Under Pauline's expert guidance, we've seen individual workplaces achieve recognition as Mental Health First Aid Skilled Workplaces, reinforcing our commitment to promoting mental health awareness and wellbeing.
