You are working in the support team with an NDIS agency. One of your co workers has had a distressing time with a participant who was attacked in their home which has landed them in hospital. The support worker has just returned from visiting the participant in hospital and visibly upset.
How do you offer support?
Designed as an early-intervention course, equipping participants with mental health literacy and practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem, or experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or crisis.
