Simon is your manager, the project you are on has blown out and getting reliable staff is an ongoing frustration which has contributed to the delays. You are aware Simon is under enormous pressure juggling many competing priorities. Simon looks really tired and is yelling at staff, not something he would normally do. He has been a great manager and are worried about him.
